In the year 2000 Pierre
de Cancellis took his 10 years of experience in
the yachting industry and opened Olympic Marine,
a full service yacht agency located on the
exclusive Port of St. Jean Cap Ferrat.
One of Pierre's principal goals in opening Olympic
Marine was to fill a gap in the charter market by
proposing a fleet of 'smaller' luxury yachts for
charter on a daily, or weekly basis depending the
needs of each individual client and their desired
charter destinations, while continuing with his
activity in yacht sales, purchases, management and
new construction projects. |

Since 2000
Olympic Marine has extended its reach in the charter
market by adding yachts ranging from 50
to 233 feet to their own charter fleet, as well
as offering our clients access to the most luxurious
yachts on the charter market worldwide through our
subscription to the Mediterranean Yacht Brokers
Association. Olympic Marine is also very proud to
work in partnership with several of the Cote d'
Azur’s most prestigious hotels and palaces
offering their clients the same outstanding service
that we offer our own. |

In 2006,
Olympic Marine crossed the ocean and opened
a new office in the Las Olas area of Ft. Lauderdale.
Olympic Marine USA will be headed by Shelly
McQuade who is ready to assist our American
clients with their charter holiday inquiries
and bookings locally or worldwide, sales,
purchases, and management services needs,
while also offering support to our national
and international charter clients chartering
in the Caribbean. |
